VAT at the current rate to be added to all quoted prices (except for platter menus).Bookings require a 50% deposit with the residual payable ten days prior to sailing.
If the invoice has not been settled in full we reserve the right to withhold the service booked.
Final numbers must be confirmed a minimum of seven days prior to sailing. Any credit note or extra invoice will be issued after that.
Payments can be made by cheque, payable to CBGF Ltd, Debit Cards or BACS we do accept credit Cards but there is a 3% extra charge. We do not accept AMEX
Any losses or damage to any equipment incurred by the client are chargeable at cost.

Cancellation charges will apply as follows:-
The deposit of 50% of anticipated cost of the event, payable at the time of booking is non-refundable in the event of cancellation less than 21 days prior to the event
100% of costs of event if cancellation takes place less than 7 days prior to the event.
In absence of prior written agreement to the contrary, payment of our charges is required on receipt of our invoice.Failure to make payment within 28 days of the due date may result in the matter being referred to P&J CDS our debt collection agents, whose charges will be added to and payable with the invoice debt.
There will be a charge of 0.1% per day on any late payments.
