I appreciate that it must have been difficult to have so many old and infirm people on the boat but your staff were absolutely charming and helpful.I am particularly grateful to the crew who helped assist one of the members in a wheelchair, as her disability is as such that she is unable to move her legs when moving her. My thanks are also extended to the staff in the office who were infinitely patient with us all as we were trying to get the logistics right. I would certainly recommend Turk’s to any of the charities I come into contact with and hope to use you again next summer.

Just wanted to say thank you for the party on Saturday night. The Yarmouth Belle looked incredibly pretty all lit up for the event, and the crew couldn’t have been more courteous or helpful. We all felt totally able to relax, and frankly have a few drinks and dance the night away, whilst they looked after all things boat wise. Passing Hampton Court Palace lit up at night from the river was a really memorable moment for us all (thanks to John the DJ for announcing it)!

We had a delightful afternoon made possible by the efficiency and helpfulness of the crew of the Richmond Royale and the delicious tea and cheerful service provided by Square Meal Catering. An excellent way to celebrate the society’s 40th anniversary.

I have just come back from a day on the river, it was the best day out I’ve had in a long time, it was absolutely delightful (the weather did help!). We caught your boat from Kingston to Hampton Court, had lunch at Hampton Court, and then caught the 5.45pm back to Kingston, then we were offered a trip to Richmond! Which (as luck would have it, we were doing nothing else) so we took it. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR A WONDERFUL DAY

I just wanted to tell you once again what a great Jazz Cruise we had with you last Sunday, the whole of our group of which there were 21 all enjoyed it so much. The band are great and your staff are extremely pleasant, also must not forget the food, which was delicious!
