Gorgeous Foods on the River is the ‘on-board’ division of Gorgeous Gourmets Limited – a privately owned catering company based in London.

GUIDELINES FOR ORDERING • Number of Vegetarian covers must be pre-booked and any special dietary requirements must be discussed with us well in advance. • Menus ordered for under 30 persons will incur a £2.50 per head cover charge. • For parties of 30 or less, we do not recommend more than one main course option. • Deliveries and collections to or from any points other than the normal piers at Kingston, Richmond or Hampton Court will incur a transport charge. • Tablecloths for tables, other than the buffet, will be charged as used at £4.50 each. • Additional equipment required for fully laid up tables will be charged between £1.50-£4.50 per person. STAFF • Where menus include staff this assumes Buffet service on a four-hour cruise. • After four hours, each member of staff is charged at £15.00 per hour or part thereof. • If you wish your guests to help themselves buffet-style, but be seated at pre-laid tables then extra charges will apply. • If you wish to have a sit-down meal with full waitress service, then extra staff will be required which will incur additional charges. • Additional staff charges may be levied where the embarkation and disembarkation points differ. • Where staff are required to work after 11.00pm, a small contribution of £10.00 towards their travel expenses will be charged. TERMS and CONDITIONS • VAT at the current rate to be added to all quoted prices. • Bookings require a 50% deposit with the residual payable ten days prior to sailing. • If the invoice has not been settled in full prior to sailing we reserve the right to withhold the service booked. • Final numbers must be confirmed a minimum of seven days prior to sailing. Any credit note or extra invoice will be issued after that. • Payments can be made by debit card, cheque, payable to "Gorgeous Gourmets Limited", or by Visa or MasterCard (these incur a 3% surcharge) • Any losses or damage incurred by the client are chargeable at cost. CANCELLATION • Orders may only be terminated in writing to Gorgeous Foods on the River, a division of Gorgeous Gourmets Limited, at Unit D, Gresham Way, Wimbledon, London SW19 8ED. Cancellation charges will apply as follows: • The deposit of 50% of anticipated costs of the event, payable at the time of booking is non-refundable in the event of cancellation less than 21 days prior to the event. • 100% of cost of event if cancellation takes place less than 7 days prior to the event. • 100% of cost of any specialist services or bespoke items designed or made for the event if cancellation takes place less than 30 working days prior to the event. • Gorgeous Foods on the River cannot accept responsibility for any cancellations or changes made by Turk Launches which affect your cruise. PARTIES ASHORE • Gorgeous Foods on the River is a division of Gorgeous Gourmets Limited, who supply private and corporate clients for a variety of functions from Wedding Receptions to Product Launches, from First Night Theatre Parties to Office Parties, from 21st Birthday Parties to 90th Birthday Celebrations from PR Extravaganzas to Property Promotions. • By offering a bespoke catering service, Gorgeous Gourmets Limited is able to tailor-make each occasion to our clients' own individual requirements. |
